By creating an account or using Freitt.app ("Freitt", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province or territory, to use Freitt. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
Freitt is a web application for managing agricultural hauling operations — including load tracking, route calculation, truck and field management, driver coordination, and financial reporting. The Service is provided by Isaiah Parton, an individual operating from British Columbia, Canada.
Freitt is provided on a subscription basis. Features and limits vary by plan (see Section 4). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each team is an independent workspace. The user who creates a team ("Team Owner") is responsible for all activity within that team, including actions taken by invited members. Team Owners may invite members up to the seat limit of their plan.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by contacting [email protected]. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to renewals.
Cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time on cancellation.
Upgrades. When upgrading to a higher-tier plan mid-cycle, the price difference is pro-rated for the remaining days in the billing period.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Freitt, including load records, location coordinates, weights, and team information. You may export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
By using the Service, you grant Isaiah Parton a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, store, process, and use your data for the purposes of operating, improving, and developing the Service. This includes internal analytics and product development. Your data will not be sold to third parties.
The Service collects GPS coordinates and location data as a core feature for route calculation and field mapping. This data is stored and associated with your account.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Service complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia.
Freitt, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the exclusive property of Isaiah Parton. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Freitt name, logo, or other proprietary materials without prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that route distance and pricing calculations will be accurate in all circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Isaiah Parton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.
